Terms and Conditions for Custom Illustrations

Cancellations and Refunds

If the client cancels the order after receiving the initial draft, no refund will be issued.

If the artist cancels the order at any stage, a full refund will be provided.

​Damages and Frame Orders

For framed artwork, clients are required to record an unboxing video upon delivery. This video is essential to process any claims for damages during transit.

If a frame arrives damaged and the unboxing video is provided, the value of the frame will be refunded, and a digital copy of the artwork will be sent as a backup.

In cases where a framed replacement is preferred, a new frame will be shipped. No refund will be issued in this case.

Artistic Accuracy

All custom illustrations are carefully crafted by hand, ensuring a high level of detail and precision. Due to the nature of hand-drawn art, 80% visual accuracy to the reference photo is guaranteed.

Revisions

Each commission includes up to 3-4 rounds of revisions during the drafting stage. Additional revisions or adjustments after final approval may incur additional fees.

Usage and Licensing

Custom artworks are intended for personal use only. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of the artwork is not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Privacy Policy

Client contact details, including WhatsApp numbers, are collected solely for communication regarding the order and will not be used for promotional purposes or shared with third parties.

Turnaround Time

Typical completion times vary depending on the complexity of the request. Estimated delivery dates will be provided upon confirmation of the order and may be subject to change. Clients will be informed of any delays.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to begin work on the commission. Final payment is due upon approval of the draft or prior to the completion of the artwork, depending on the agreed terms.​
